There are several Emilia-Romagna traditional specialties to pick from, such as Tortellini alla Bolognese, cheese Cappelletti, ricotta and spinach Ravioli and others.
Each type of pasta is prepared by our pasta makers with fresh and selected ingredients, respecting the tradition of the handmade fresh pasta.
