How do you prepare Italiqa’s pasta dishes?
All you need is a pot, a pinch of salt, and a few minutes.
Freshness is the key to Italiqa’s inimitable taste: both pasta and broth are made fresh at the time of order, guaranteeing that you will receive a fresh product that can be ready to eat in a few minutes.
How?
- Pour the broth into a large pot and bring it to the boil.
- Add salt to taste.
- Drop (or throw!) the pasta
- When it rises to the surface, cook for a few more minutes.
- Turn off the heat, cover with the lid and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Ready to serve. Enjoy your meal!

How do you cook Italiqa dishes?
The procedure is quite easy to follow: all the instructions are included in the box that contains the pasta and broth, or you can find them on our Instructions for use page.
Can I freeze Italiqa’s pasta and broth?
Of course! The products are fresh when they get to your house, so if you don’t want to eat them right away, you can freeze them now to eat later.
How long does it take from the moment you place the order to the shipment?
Orders placed before 12 pm will be prepared the same day and shipped the next one. Orders placed after 12 pm will be prepared the next day and dispatched within 48 hours.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
The order is delivered within 48 hours after it has been prepared. For the preparation time, please have a look at the previous question.
What type of broth is paired with each pasta?
When ordering, you can always choose the broth you prefer from meat, capon or vegetable broth.
How soon should I cook the fresh pasta and broth?
The order arrives at your home fresh, and it is advisable to consume it within 36 hours. In case you prefer to cook it later, we recommend freezing it immediately.
What if the shipment is delayed and the product arrives no longer fresh?

What material is the box the pasta arrives in made of?
The box is made of rigid cardboard, to guarantee integrity and protection for the product during transport. It is thermal and resistant, to ensure freshness and preservation of the product.
Is the broth bottle made of glass or plastic?
Our broth comes in a glass bottle, specially designed for safe food transport.
How many grams of pasta are in a serving?
Usually, with our 500 g box of pasta and 1 l of broth, the portions are 4 to 6, whereas with the 1 kg box of pasta and 2 l of broth, they are 8 to 10. It depends on how large you want the individual portions to be!

How fresh are the products?
Both pasta and broth are produced at the time of ordering and shipped immediately. So when they arrive at your home, they will still be fresh!
Are there vegetarian alternatives?
Passatelli and cappelletti are also suitable for those on a vegetarian diet. Both, in fact, only have in the ingredient list what is needed for the pasta and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese in addition. As for the broth, vegetable broth can be selected at the time of purchase.
